Depending on your insurance provider and location, a portion of the cost may be covered under your healthcare or wellness plan. Our orthotics are also eligible for reimbursement under many Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexi Benefit Programs.

SneakTech custom orthotics are designed using advanced biomechanical principles. Our foot is a dynamic structure with three arches that work together to support posture, balance, and motion. Misalignment or fatigue in the foot can trigger pain that radiates upward—from the ankles to the spine.

Our orthotics are engineered using 3D foot scans and pressure mapping to ensure tailored support for each individual. By restoring natural alignment and distributing pressure more evenly, SneakTech orthotics reduce discomfort, improve stability, and help with conditions like plantar fasciitis, shin splints, back pain, and more.

We use high-performance materials, each selected for its durability, flexibility, and comfort. Our flagship models incorporate:

Absolutely. Every SneakTech orthotic is crafted based on your foot’s pressure profile and arch configuration. Whether you have flat feet, high arches, or pronated steps, our precision modeling allows us to deliver a solution that targets your exact structure and gait. Your prescribing clinician will help you choose the most suitable orthotic from our Sport, Active, or All-Day Comfort ranges.

Over-the-counter insoles may provide temporary relief, but they are not tailored to your specific biomechanics. SneakTech orthotics are built from a detailed 3D foot scan and gait analysis, offering targeted correction, pressure redistribution, and improved posture. This personalization ensures long-term comfort and therapeutic benefits.

Getting started is simple:
1. Schedule a consultation with a SneakTech partner clinic or reach out to us for a referral.
2. Your provider will perform a foot scan using our V7+3D® ProScan system and collect your gait data.
3. Based on your analysis, a tailored orthotic model will be recommended and fabricated.
4. Orthotics are typically ready within 5–7 working days.

We use our proprietary V7+3D® ProScan technology which employs multi-point laser triangulation and dynamic pressure mapping. This advanced system captures over 500,000 data points from your feet in both static and walking positions. This ensures unmatched accuracy in fit and function.

Our DynaMax™ XP Orthotics are designed specifically for athletes. They include:
• X-Impact cushioning zones
• Anti-slip heel support
• Breathable mesh overlay
• Energy-return arches
Whether you're a runner, dancer, or fitness enthusiast, the DynaMax™ line offers superior shock absorption and motion control.

While possible, we recommend separate orthotic pairs for different shoe types. For example, a pair made for sports shoes may not align well in formal or dress footwear. We offer style-specific models such as: Ask your provider about discounts on second pairs.

Sneaktech orthotics are precision-milled but may occasionally need minor trimming for a perfect fit. Your provider will assist with this. If doing it yourself, use your original shoe liner as a guide and trim carefully along the toe edge using a sharp scissor. Improper trimming is not covered under warranty.

Your feet and posture may take a few weeks to adjust to the improved support and alignment. We recommend a gradual increase in wear time over 21–30 days:

• Day 1–3: 1–2 hours/day
• Week 1: 3–4 hours/day
• Week 2: Full-day wear

This helps your muscles and joints adapt to the corrections without discomfort.

Our orthotics are engineered for durability and come with a 12-month functional warranty. Most models last 18–24 months depending on usage. High-impact or athletic users may require replacements sooner. We also recommend annual rescan to account for changes in foot shape and pressure distribution.

• Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Air dry only—avoid heat or direct sunlight.
• Rotate between pairs if you wear orthotics daily.
• Remove orthotics from shoes at night to allow airing.

Do not immerse in water unless your model is marked as water-resistant (e.g., Aqua Motion™).
